今年も暮れてきました。皆さんと1年を振り返る恒例のグループ展を開催したいと思います。募集期間も展示期間も短いので、なるべく気軽に参加していただけるように考えました。新作旧作問いません、発表済みでも大丈夫です。郵送のみで参加できます。ハガキサイズからA5くらいの小品があれば、ぜひご応募ください！季節の挨拶として皆さんの1年を作品に託して発表してください。

参加費：無料（作品送料を往復ともにご負担いただくことをご了承ください）

メディア：自由

サイズ：作品自体はハガキサイズ〜A5くらい。額装済みの場合は額縁サイズがA4以下。目安はレターパックで送れるかどうかです。

参加方法：

①メールもしくはSNSのDMで参加表明をお願いします。

②送料分の切手を貼った返信用封筒を同封して、作品を郵送してください。

③タイトルカード用に＜題名／作家名／メディア／販売価格＞をメールしてください。（広報用に正方形にトリムした画像も一緒に送ってくださると助かります。期間が短いため印刷の広報物は作成いたしません。）

展示設営：設営はギャラリースタッフが行います。額装なしの作品は、紙作品なら磁石で、キャンバスやパネルの場合はプッシュピンで掛けて展示します。

搬出：展覧会終了後、ご用意いただいた返信用封筒にて作品返却いたします。

販売について：作品は販売可でお願いします。販売された場合、価格からギャラリー手数料40％を引いた額に使用しなかった返信用切手代をのせてご指定の口座に振り込みます。その際は直接ご連絡いたします。

It is the end of another year. We would like to hold our annual group exhibition to look back on this year. Since the application and exhibition period are short, we are trying to make it as easy as possible for you to participate. New or old works are all welcome. If you have a small piece of work, postcard size to A5, just mail in your work to participate! Let us hear your season’s greeting and/or year end message as an artwork.

Participation fee: Free (please note that you will be responsible for the postage of both sending and returning of your work)

Media: Any media welcome.

Size: Postcard size to A5. If the work is framed, the frame size should be A4 or smaller. (Fits into the LetterPack as per the guideline.)

How to participate:

(1) Please announce your participation by e-mail or DM on social media.

(2) Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail your work.

(3) Please email us < title / artist name / media / price> for the title card. (It would be helpful if you could also send us a square trimmed image file for publicity purposes. Due to the short duration of the exhibition, no printed publicity materials will be made.)

Installation: The gallery staff will set up the exhibition. Unframed works on paper will be hung with magnets. Canvas or panels will be hooked with push pins.

Deinstallation: After the exhibition, the works will be returned using the return envelope provided.

Sales: If you sell your work, the gallery will take 40% of the gallery's commission from the price. We will reimburse any unused postage stamps. We will contact you directly to ask for the preferred payment method.

Deadline: Declaration of participation, information for title card, images for publicity 12/8(Fri.), works must arrive by mail 12/13(Wed.)
