Artist Statement

私は統合失調症なのですが、その病気を乗り越えるという意味をNEW HOPEという展示名に託しました。恐竜の化石の絵は自身の孤独を表すと同時に、それぞれが違う形を持って共存しているということを表現しています。（個と多様性）

他には入院中に採集した食事のカードなどをコラージュした作品や、ジョンレノンの生まれ変わりだという自身の妄想から訣別するために描いた作品などがあります。

母の死から立ち直るという意味も含めて、この展示を開催させて頂きます。

I have schizophrenia, and the name of my exhibit, NEW HOPE, means that I am overcoming this illness.

The fossil dinosaurs represent my own loneliness, and at the same time, I express the fact that each of them has a different form and coexists with each other. (Individuality and Diversity).

Other works include a collage of cards of meals I collected while hospitalized, and a painting I did to part from my delusion that I was John Lennon reincarnated.

I am pleased to present this exhibition as a means of recovering from my mother's death.
