公募展：「Year End Group Show 2025」

体温並みの暑さも去り、やっと過ごしやすくなってきましたね。今年も皆さんと1年を振り返る恒例のグループ展を開催したいと思います。2025年12/19(金)～28(日) (月～木 定休)の週末2回の計6日間、忙しい年末にも気軽に参加していただけるよう郵送のみで搬入出できます。新作旧作問いません、発表済みでも大丈夫です。ハガキサイズからA5くらいの小品があれば、ぜひご応募ください！季節の挨拶として皆さんの1年を作品に託して発表してください。

［費用］参加費無料。作品送料を往復ともにご負担いただくことをご了承ください。

［メディア］自由

［サイズ］作品自体はハガキサイズ～A5くらい。額装済みの場合は額縁サイズがA4以下。目安はレターパックで送れるかどうかです。

①上記参加申込フォームからお申し込みください。
②送料分の切手を貼った返信用封筒を必ず同封して、作品を郵送してください。

［展示設営］設営はギャラリースタッフが行います。額装なしの作品は、紙作品なら磁石で、キャンバスやパネルの場合はプッシュピンで掛けて展示します。

［搬出］展覧会終了後、ご用意いただいた返信用封筒にて作品返却いたします。

［販売について］作品は販売可でお願いします。販売成立した場合、価格からギャラリー手数料40％を引いた額に使用しなかった返信用切手代をのせてご指定の口座に振り込みます。その際は直接ご連絡いたします。

［締切］申込 → 11/30(日)　作品郵送 → 12/12(金)必着

The fall weather has finally arrived in Japan. It is time to look back at this year and create some art! We are planning to hold our annual group exhibition at the end of the year. The dates are 2025/12/19 Fri. - 28 Sun. 2 weekends (6 days) show. We are trying to make it as easy as possible for you to participate. If you have a small piece of artwork, postcard size to A5, just mail in your work to participate! New or old works are all welcome. Let us hear your season’s greeting and/or year end message as an artwork.

[Fee] No participation fee. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage of both sending and returning of your work.

[Media] Any media welcome.

[Size] Postcard size to A5 (148 x 210mm). If the work is framed, the frame size should be A4 (210 x 297mm) or smaller. (Fits into the LetterPack as per the guideline.)

(1) Please fill in the entry form provided above.
(2) Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail your work.

[Installation] The gallery staff will set up the exhibition. Unframed works on paper will be hung with magnets. Canvas or panels will be hooked with push pins.

[Deinstallation] After the exhibition, the works will be returned using the return envelope provided.

[Selling] If you sell your work, the gallery will take 40% of the gallery's commission from the price. We will reimburse any unused postage stamps. We will contact you directly to ask for the preferred payment method.

[Deadline] Submit by 11/30 (Sun.), works must arrive by mail 12/12 (Fri.)
