パーティーはBYOB（持ち寄り）形式です（コンビニがお向かいにあります）。冬の訪れの前に楽しくInktoberの壁の飾られ具合を見ながらお祝いしましょう！

Come on by and party for a while! Meet some of the contributing artists, use some ink to create something to put on the wall and maybe wear a costume if you're in the Halloween spirit (costume VERY OPTIONAL).

フォトインスタレーション「The Bright Lights」を展示する写真家スザンヌ・ムーニーさんに会いに来ませんか？深く思考し大胆な作品を発表する写真家とお話しできる機会です。

無料のイベントです。飲み物は会場でも少し用意いたしますが、よろしければ美味しい食べ物や飲み物をお持ち寄りいただき、楽しい会になるようご協力いただければと思います。ギャラリー向かいにコンビニもございます。

2018年最初の展示をたくさんの方と祝いたいと思います。ぜひご参加ください。

Come out and meet photographer Suzanne Mooney who is presenting her photographic installation "The Bright Lights". This will be a great opportunity to meet with a photographer who thinks deeply and presents bold work. 

This is a free event with limited beverages available. We encourage all to bring their own beverages and snacks. There is a convenience store across from the gallery.

We hope to see as many people as possible as we kick off 2018's first exhibit at LPG!

アメリカのアーティストJ. ドウェイン ウィリアムソンの個展を開催できることをうれしく思います。残念ながら彼はアメリカにいてこのレセプションに参加できませんが、もしかしたら時差やスケジュールを勘案しながらフェイスブックLIVEもしくは何か似たような手法に挑戦するかもしれません。

何はともあれ作品を鑑賞しながらドリンク片手に楽しくおしゃべりすることを楽しんでいただけたらと思っています。ギャラリーディレクターのリュウ リンがウィリアムソンさんの使用する版画技法について説明させていただきます。ウィリアムソンさんの独自のスタイルの版画作品を日本で観られる貴重な機会です。

We're happy to be exhibiting the work of American artist J. DéWayne Williamson these next two weeks. Unfortunately, he is still in America and won't be able to join us for the reception. We may try a Facebook Live or something similar if we can plan around the time differences and schedule accordingly.

In any event, please come join us to enjoy the art, converse and enjoy a few drinks. Gallery director Ling Liu will able to explain the printmaking techniques Williamson employs. It's an exciting exhibit and a rare opportunity to see Williamson's unique style of printmaking in Japan.

As always we ask ¥500 for the drink and snack fund. Hope to see as many of you as possible!
